SIMPLE RETURNS IN THREE STEPS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ONLINE RETURNS
Pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of dispatch.
Online returns can be lodged your Dinosaur Designs account or returned to our Soho, New York store with proof of purchase.
SIGNATURE STORE RETURNS
Dinosaur Designs accepts returns for store credit or exchange at our Soho, New York store with proof of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Signature Store returns can be returned online by contacting Customer Service.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns can be facilitated via your Dinosaur Designs account. A returns label cannot be provided for international returns. Please contact us for assistance.
All change-of-mind returns incur a shipping cost at the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will be required.
STOCKIST RETURNS
All Dinosaur Designs purchases made with one of our Stockists needs to be facilitated by the wholesaler.
ELIGIBILITY
Pieces must be in original condition returned within 30 days of receiving.
We do not offer returns on final sales pieces, Laybuys, Extinct or Bespoke purchases.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind and issued only when required by law.
We accept Christmas gift returns until 31 January the following year for an exchange or Store Credit.
STORE CREDIT
Once your items has been received, you will be emailed a Store Credit, to the value of the pieces/s within 5 business days.
This Credit can be used to purchase your exchange item at your leisure online or when visiting one of our Soho, New York store.
Please note that credit notes are valid for 3 years.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer $10 flat-rate national returns via your Dinosaur Designs account.
All change-of-mind returns incur a shipping cost at the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will be required.
