NATIONAL
Local Shipping
For orders shipped within United States, we offer complimentary express shipping when you spend $200.
All other services are calculated at checkout, simply supply your address in the cart and select your preferred service. All orders are shipped via UPS with rates from $6.99.*
Click & Collect
We offer Local Pickup as an option at checkout, exclusive to our New York store.
Collections are from our London Store at 21 Crosby St, New York, NY 10013 between 12pm-6pm each day.
All orders are processed within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends.
We will send a secondary confirmation that your order is marked ready to pick-up, which notifies you that your pieces can now be collected.
Taxes
Purchases within New York State will incur sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL
International Shipping
For International shipments, we use UPS shipping partners, with postage fees supplied in real-time at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import.
The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and are collected at our checkout for ease of delivery.
SHIPPING FAQ
Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to three business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra one to two days for your order to be processed and dispatched during, promotions, launches and over holiday periods.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are supplied at checkout and are estimates. Delivery times do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs holds.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping email confirmation to help trace your order, with the tracking information provided. For a real-time update, you can use our Live Chat.
Gift Messages
Every unique Dinosaur Designs piece ordered is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised gift notes can be included with your order, simply enter the message at checkout.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
Pieces may be returned to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving.
Online returns can be lodged via the returns form and mailed to 21 Crosby St, New York, NY 10013 or returned in one of our signature stores with proof of purchase.
